Merit Rate Scheme
If you are applying for an operative role you will be able to join our Merit rate scheme. The scheme is a points-based system which scores you on your craft, productivity, cooperation and timekeeping. The higher that you score on these criteria the higher the top up of your base hourly rate will be.

Every Portakabin colleague will receive a volunteering day of leave each year. This allows our colleagues to give back to our surrounding communities by having an extra day off to go and support a charity or educational establishment of their choice.
