Our central HR team includes Learning & Development, Recruitment, Reward & Policy, Health & Wellbeing and Service Delivery, including Payroll functions. Alongside this core team, we have a number of HR representatives across the wider business acting as HR Business Partners and HR Advisors within their relative Business Units. We work together as a collaborative unit to provide the best support for our people - from queries relating to pay and contracts to providing health & wellbeing support.
