Role: Project Coordinator 

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 + Company Car 

Location: Hayes or St Albans 

You’ll be an organised and methodical project manager, ideally with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll utilise your experience in planning or project management to coordinate projects within agreed timescales. 

You’ll be joining our knowledgeable and supportive projects team as a Project Coordinator. From the get-go, you’ll be working with a wide range of clients, getting full exposure and experience managing varied projects across a diversity of sectors. 

You’ll be responsible for sourcing and controlling necessary resources, including labour allocation, materials and all sub-contract requirements, whilst ensuring that Projects are delivered in accordance with all appropriate H&S and CDM regulations, as applicable, and good practice.

This is a Hybrid role, working from our office in either Hayes or St Albans, working from home, and traveling to our customer sites across the region.

As a Project coordinator, you will have: 

  • A full UK driving licence 
  • Proven project management experience  
  • Demonstratable knowledge of financial control in delivering projects  
  • Experience producing and maintaining linked project programmes  
  • Whilst knowledge of the construction industry would be helpful, this is not essential to be successful in the role
