Role: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Salary: Competitive
Duration: FTC 4-6 months

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be valued member of our Team. You will be instrumental in processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner to ensure the accuracy of the company accounts & where possible payment made to the supplier by the terms agreed.
To excel in this role, you'll need to have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and lots of enthusiasm.
The role isn’t just about processing supplier invoices accurately; it also involves liaising with customers and internal sources to ensure timely payments are received. In this role, you’ll have the chance to develop your skills and be supported by an established team.
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will:
* Process invoices via scanning through to SAP by matching against receipted purchase orders.
* Liaise with suppliers and internal personnel to resolve invoice & payment queries, where possible before payment is due.
* Assist the wider team in busy periods

Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience of working as a purchase ledger clerk / accounts payable clerk
* Has proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
* Experience of SAP is desirable
* Experience of CIS schemes is also desirable
