As a Quotations Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and promoting our products by providing administrative support to our wider commercial teams. Working closely with our Design and Engineering department, your role will focus on analysing drawings and capturing costs to accurately compile quotations. This role provides critical support to our commercial managers to ensure the company achieves KPI’s. 

 

This is a full-time, permanent position based from our office in Donabate. We offer the option to work from home up to 2 days per week alongside flexible working hours which will be discussed at the interview.

 

As a Quotations Coordinator, you will have:

 

*         Strong commercial, and administration experience

*         Customer service experience

*         Excellent understanding of Excel

*         Strong attention to detail and excellent telephone manner

*         Experience reading drawings and compiling quotations (desirable)

*         An understanding of the construction industry (desirable)
