Role: Senior Sales Coordinator
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
Location: Hamilton
You’ll be a proactive and confident customer service professional who has experience in supporting a team, looking for an opportunity to join an established and successful team based in Hamilton. With a background in customer services you will be confident working well under pressure and towards tight deadlines.
As a Senior Sales Coordinator you’ll support in the day-to-day operations of the Hire team whilst, ensuring quotes are returned in a timely fashion, KPIs for the team are met and procedures and processes are adhered to.
At the core of everything, you’ll be a supportive leader, who will invest the time to coach and develop your direct reports, keeping them focused on achieving personal and team goals. You’ll be responsible for driving your team to achieve set targets, whilst creating a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing their results and ways of working.
As a Team Leader, you will have:
- Proven experience in team management, including coaching
- Substantial previous customer service experience
- Solid experience with various software packages (Including MS Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail
- The confidence to work independently and drive new initiatives
- The ability to quickly establish strong, professional working relationships
