We are looking for a Skilled Site Operative, ideally with joinery / carpentry experience to join our Site Services Installations Team working away on client sites across the UK. As a Skilled Site Operative, you will be responsible for installing and fitting out modules to a high specification.

Role Responsibilities
Install, fit out and maintain modules to agreed specification
Report and help to prevent Health and Safety incidents
Follow safety, productivity and quality standards set by the Company
Comply with legislation, company procedures and adhere to product specifications with a focus on quality and customer service
Assist with cranage operations and other trade activities on site
Assist with the assessment, training and monitoring of sub-contractors
Complete periodic progress reports and carry out site inspections when required to quantify work and materials required
Promote a positive and engaging Health & Safety culture with a clear vision for Zero Harm.
Role Details
£14.24 basic hourly rate with a scaled Merit rate, additional Plus rate(s) (when taking on additional duties and acting as a senior member of the team) in addition to overtime rates (time and a half / double time dependant on working hours / days)
Working away subsidiary allowance
Separate accommodation supplied when working away from home
Role based: Sites across the UK, working away from home (min 5 days per week) with some weekend working
Contract type: Permanent
Annual leave: 24 days plus bank holidays

Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has:
Site Installation experience
Ability to work at height
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Minimum of 3 years trade background
Apprentice trained or NVQ or other suitable trade background
Full UK driving license
Roof Safety and Rescue training or experience
IPAF trained – MEWP’s
PASMA trained
CSCS Competance card
SSSTS/SMSTS
CPCS Slinger Signaller
