Role: Architectural Technician and Estimator
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000
Location: Hamilton, ML3 0EJ
We are looking for an Architectural Technician and Estimator to join the team in Hamilton, ML3 0EJ. Responsible for providing a product design and estimating service to the Scottish business you will play a key role in the order winning and project delivery for both Hire & Sales projects.
If you have knowledge of Scottish Building Regulations and experience interpreting technical drawings using AutoCad & Revit this role could be for you.
Working within the commercial team you’ll be responsible for designing building layouts that meet our clients’ needs, providing both modular and traditional construction details as and when required.
As an Architectural Technician and Estimator, you will have:
* Design skills and experience using AutoCAD & Revit
* Experience working within an architectural/building design environment
* An understanding of Scottish building regulations
* Ability to interpret building drawings in order to fulfil customer requirements
* A HND in Architectural Technology or relevant course
