We are looking for a Process Worker to join our team based in West Bromwich in Site Accommodation department. In this role, you will be responsible for refurbishing and fitting out the complete range of our buildings to the highest possible standards and ensuring refurb and fitout targets are met to satisfy customer requirements.
Role Details
- Hourly Rate: £14.85 with potential rise from £0.25ph to £4.38ph based on knowledge and experience
- Role based: West Bromwich
- Contract type: Permanent,
- Annual leave: 24 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
Role Responsibilities
* Undertake the advance preparation/decoration of all product surfaces, both internal and external,
* Carry out basic joinery tasks inclusive of partition walls, doors, windows etc,
* Carry out basic plumbing tasks inclusive of sink and toilet assembly, waste and drainage, copper and push fit fittings etc,
* Undertake basic electrics inclusive of sockets, heaters, lighting etc, supporting in the preparation and first fix, under the supervision of an electrician,
* Assist where required in the general fitting out and refurbishment of buildings both on and off site.

Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has:
* Strong operational experience related to trade/role,
* Strong good level of numeracy/literacy,
* Ability in planning, organising and problem solving,
* Experience in customer focus and decision making,
* Experience in joinery, plumbing, painting, decorating and electrics.
